This website is operated by Amemori Studio (“Amemori”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not access our website or purchase our products.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time by posting updates on our website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products.
1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence, or that you have given consent for any minors under your care to use this site.
You may not use our products for unlawful purposes, nor violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our Service without written consent.
3. Products & Services
- Our candles are handcrafted in small batches and may vary slightly in color, texture, or finish. These variations are not considered defects, but part of the natural character of our creations.
- All sales are final. Due to the consumable and handcrafted nature of our candles, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will be happy to assist with a replacement.
- We reserve the right to discontinue products or change pricing at any time.
4. Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping details. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed with inaccurate information or suspected of misuse.
5. Shipping
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider. Once shipped, Amemori is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
6. Candle Safety & Care
To ensure the safe enjoyment of your candle:
- Always trim the wick to 5mm before each burn.
- Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable objects.
- Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish when leaving the room.
- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
- For candles with decorative elements (such as flowers, crystals, or wraps), remove these items before lighting. Only the candle itself is intended to be burned.
- For candles with cover/ glass lids, extinguish flame and let it cool before covering the lid (never use the glass jar lid to extinguish flame)
- Discontinue use when 1cm of wax remains to prevent overheating of the vessel.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge responsibility for safe candle practices. Amemori Studio is not liable for damages arising from misuse.
7. Allergies & Sensitivities
Our candles are made with carefully selected waxes, fragrances, and natural ingredients. While every effort is made to use high-quality and safe materials, some individuals may experience sensitivities or allergic reactions.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and ingredient information before purchase.
- If you are sensitive to fragrance, smoke, or natural ingredients (such as essential oils, soy, or beeswax), please use our candles with discretion.
- Amemori Studio is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects that may arise from use.
If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
